Even more than a radio personality, the man who rang in New Years, or the man that didn't age, I'll always remember him as the voice of Shaggy.

It's a nice sentiment, but the man who rang in New Years and didn't age was Dick Clark. Casey Kasem was known for American Top 40 along with his voice work.

Didn't Casey Kasem do it some form or another?
He didn't age either. :-)x

It kind of sucks that the (I'm using this term nicely ) waste of blood and organs called Jean Kasem is still at it. She can GTFAC and STFU.

Well, I hope he gets a better death dedication than "Snuggles".

No he didn'tage. He stayed a 20 something stoner his entire life.

That's the way I feel. Everyday we'd go home for lunch from school and watch. An important piece of my day for many years.

Shit man. Scooby Doo was my childhood! It was my favorite! I still use a Mystery Machine Alarm Clock!

My nickname in high school was Shaggy, I feel like a piece of me has died.

Apparently, he did host Nick-at-Nite's New Years programming for awhile in the '90s, could be what you're thinking of.
